Q: How many phones can I divert?
A: To gain most benefit, divert your advertised line to the number we allocate to you. This is done by following these steps: 

Step 1:     List the handset of your phone.
                   If you have a PABX, select the advertised line.

Step 2:    Dial *21 (the number we allocated)#

You will hear  a voice recording, saying your call forwarding is activated.

 To deactivate, follow this step:

Step 3:     Dial #21#

The voice recording will say ‘Call forwarding is off’

Q: We still want to be able to receive our personal calls at home even if our number is diverted to you. Can you connect our personal calls to us and hold all business calls ?
A: Yes. 
We can take a message for all business calls and connect your personal calls back to your home. It’s the ultimate system and your friends will be amazed. Your business will still be running but you can relax at home without paying additional staff. 

Q: How Will I Receive My Messages?
A: Of course you are welcome to call to receive your messages, for your convenience, we will also send you a fax or email your messages to you.

Q: What if I’m out of the office on site or with clients, but you receive an urgent call for me or a new enquiry?
A: The same principle may apply if you wish to activate a fax machine on an independent basis. We can connect calls to you as if you are in the room next door – we will announce the call to you first to confirm you wish to speak with the caller, then connect the caller to you where ever you are via landline or mobile.

Q: My Phone and Fax are on the same line what happens to faxes if my phone is on divert?
A: We will receive your faxes, via our fax, as if it was going to your office as normal and re-fax it with your messages at the end of the day. You won’t miss a fax. 

Q: How Quickly can I activate your services?
A: As quick as a phone call. We’ll activate Immediately. 

Q: What if I forget to activate the diversion. Can you do it for me?
A: YES – We can activate and de-activate the diversion for you at set times or on your request.
