    You divert you advertised telephone line to your Virtual Office Telesecretary.

    Your caller is greeted in your business name, the entire operation is seamless providing your client with the impression that you have an office. Many of our clients utilise this service to enhance their company image.

    For urgent calls or immediate sales calls we will announce the call to you wherever you are and put the client through to you (Call Connection). If you don't wish to accept the call your Telesecretary will take the caller details for you to return the call at your convenience.

    Immediate Reception, Virtual Office will deliver call information to you in your preferred format for example: Call Connection, Short Message Service (SMS), Fax or E-mail.

     Call Connection

    Our sophisticated digital equipment allows us to transfer incoming calls to any telephone, anywhere in the world.

    Short Message Service (SMS)

    This powerful technology allows us to place a text message of up to 161 characters onto any GSM (Telstra or Vodaphone) telephone. So within minutes of an enquiry being received for you, we can relay it to your mobile phone.

    Our clients find this service is particularly effective when they are in a meeting; with a client; or unable to take a call personally for any reason.

    Once the message has been accepted by the GMS network, the text is then stored on a server for up to 72 hours, then delivered to your phone automatically when it’s switched on, or you return to a service area.

    Minimum Weekly Charge $45.00  up to 100 free calls per month, then per call basis.


    After Hours Service             5.30pm – 8am

    Minimum Weekly Charge $80.00  

    Up to 100 calls per month free, then per call basis.

    Calls are answered in your business name from 5.30pm to 8.00am on the next business day. This includes weekends and public holidays.

    For Added Value: book any Monday to Friday service, and receive After Hours Call Services for just $2.50 per call.

    Any other services can run concurrently with the After Hours Service.
